päris viimane postitus

See on nüüd täiesti viimane postitus selles blogis.

Minu viimased pool aastat siin Eestis on möödnud täiesti ilusasti.

Seniks,
jällenägemiseni ja jällekirjutamiseni,

Karin Kuulpak
YFU vahetusõpilane

yearbook

Julie sai juba oktoobri alguses minu koolist kätte aastaraamatu. Kuna USA-s on see väga "big thing" siis selle valmistamine võttis aega täpselt 12 kuud. :D

Kuna aadressiga juhtus väike õnnetus, siis sain reaalselt oma yearbook'i kätte alles detsembrikuus.

Siin on mõned pildid. :)

PS. need valguslaigud igal pildil on mu lemmikud lihtsalt.....

scrapbook

Siin on siis minu scrapbook'i postitus.

Karin,
it truly has been a pleasure having you in choir this year. I’m so blessed that your journey from Estonia brought you to Orange.
Things that will always remind me of you: anyone singing out of tune in a painful manner, excellent piano playing, an extremely witty sense of humor and absolutely anything that has to do with Estonia.
If you ever visit the States again, feel free to contact me to visit, or if you need a free place to stay! My home is always open to you.
Best wishes in all you do!
Karin, I will miss your smiling face next year,

Always,
Ms. Brooks

Dear Estonia
It was very interesting getting to know you this year. You are very bright, as I can tell – you were able to get A-s on you exams without even studying!  I regret not having had the opportunity to hear your beautiful voice… perhaps I will in the future.
I wish the best for you in the future and I hope to be able to visit Estonia one day. With 100% certainty I can say that you are my favorite Estonian - the best I’ve ever met! Seriously, you are smart and funny! You have an exceptional personality.  It was a true pleasure having you in my class this year. I hope we can stay in touch and perhaps have a reunion in the future.
Best of luck finishing your studies,

Mr. Jordan

Karin
Thanks for being a part of our pre-calc class! You have taught us so much. I hope you have learned a lot while you have been here. And a little math along the way. We will miss you,
Sincerely,
Mr. Mount

My little Estonian
Since the first moment I saw you, I knew you will be really important person in my life… and you still are! I can’t imagine my life without having you around! (Especially without seeing you every morning, when you are sleepy and grumpy and you ask me “why are you so happy?? It’s 7am” haha)
Also I’ll miss your sarcasm, and our crazy European dance parties!  What am I going to do without YOU?
this experience wouldn’t be the same without all the great moments we had together. (going to the movies, talking about things that were just mind-blowing and super funny, going to the mall and shopping, and our trip to Chicago, also our crazy sleepovers, private parties, lol :D etc)
We are going to Skype every fucking weekend. And we will visit each other!
Well I’m gonna cry now…
Anyways: I’m gonna miss you. I’ll miss you already! I love you so much my little whore! :D
Friends forever and ever!

Love,
Your Spanish sister!

Dear Karin Kullpleck!
So this is a letter to you because you are moving back to Estonia. ;( I wish you could freaking live here, but you can’t. Okay, let’s talk about some memories between you and myself. I remember when I first laid my eyes on your beautiful face that is Estonian. I was asking you a bunch of questions about Estonia and I swore you thought I was the weirdest kid but I was and I still am! On my God, when you cuss I would laugh so hard. I love your sexy accent! I swore I want to marry foreign lady because of you. Remember when you were looking for your homecoming dress and you couldn’t decide and so I just gave up. LMFO. But you still looked sexy at homecoming. And you are a great grinder!!! I remember when you made out with that guy and I was staring because I was so fascinated by it. I’m happy for you and that kid who you didn’t know his name for the longest time LMAO!
Karin I love you and I for real will miss the poop out of you!
You will always be my favorite Estonian!

With much love,
Nick Sansone. (American)

Thanks for being here for me. I am so happy that you came and I’m going to miss our wonderful Skype conversations (yes inappropriate) You will be able to “see one” when you get back home. We have to Skype all the time. I’m going to remember all the funny things you said at lunch like “I don’t ever know his name, what was it” and other interesting yes hilarious things. I’m going to miss you sooooo much! Also I’m going to miss when you say “what are you looking at” like you just did a second time. I can’t wait to hang out these last two weeks that we have together. So… I’m really sad that you are leaving. But even if you stayed I wouldn’t get to see you that much since I’m going to college… so it’s almost good that you’re going back home, cuz if I don’t get to hang out with you the no one else should get to either. I’m just kidding! :D I wish you could stay here forever! But it’s been awesome getting to know you.

Mariel Johnson

I was thrilled that Karin was going to be in our French 5 class! My first impression was that she was very sweet, personable and bright and all of those qualities held true! I’ll always remember and admire how Karin jumped head first into our school and student body! She quickly made friends, got involved, and even took on some of the bad habits as our American students (like texting during class) I was also so proud of her for taking advantage of our trip to Quebec City. Even though she had me so worried that I may not get her back into the States and I fretted over all if her precious travel documents. As it turned out, we got her safely back into the US form Canada without a problem and I could finally breathe again. I will always remember Karin for her adventurous spirit and I know world has many more experiences and adventures awaiting her!

Even though you were only with us a year, you have made an impression on me. I hope that you learned something useful in my class and I hope that all of your orange high school memories bring a smile to your face. I will always remember your work ethic and your willingness to be a better student by doing more. Never lose that drive to succeed. Be your best, work your hardest and keep doing the right things, and food things will happen to you. Remember, you will go as far as you want to go if you are willing to work to get there. I know you will go on to do great things. Thank you for all of your hard work and the respect you showed to me and your fellow classmates.
Good luck and I hope to hear from you in the future.

i’m gonna miss you so much! You’re the best, life will be so boring not walking into choir and seeing your adorable outfits and hearing your sarcastic remarks. I hope Estonia treats you well and I hope you don’t post on facebook in all foreign stuff I don’t understand so we can keep in contact. Show me lots of cute foreign boys! I’ll miss you and love you!  Cassie Stone

KAR-BEAR !!!! I’m going to miss you soooooooooooooo much. I wish I could have spent more time with you but damn girl! You are a social butterfly! I had so much fun going to Quebec with you. BEST TRIP EVER! I was scared to death though when we were crossing the borders… I thought you’d get stuck in Canada. That week was one I’d never forget! Remember Logan’s pants problem? Or the question game we played with Rachel? Or the “special” store we went to?  hahaha. At first I was concerned I wasn’t going to get along with the “new girl” when we got assigned rooms but I FREAKING LOVE YOU! You are beautiful, sassy and HILARIOUS! Especially at like midnight when you haven’t slept all week… well darling. You are suck a great person and I hope you had fun here in Ohio. Estonia is going to be overjoyed to have you back!
Love you,
Destiny Cherry.

Dear Karin
First off it’s crazy it’s already time for you to go back to Estonia. We have had such good times since you have been here. Remember when we were in English and Mr. Dobosh asked if Estonia was in America? Or homecoming that was so fun. We have done so much fun stuff. Especially in Dobo’s class. I remember the first day of English class when you sat behind me and you tapped on my shoulder and we started talking. I thought you were like the coolest person ever! Like I begged my parents for an exchange student all the time. I WANT ONE! – I hope you laughed at that just like you normally do in your little Estonian laugh. Since you people don’t smile! But I’m so proud we finally got you smiling in pictures towards the end. Karin I want you to know that you have impacted my like so much this year and I don’t know what I would have done without you in my Junior year. I can honestly say that in the few months you had here you became one of my best friends and this is the part I start crying. Just knowing you are leaving and not coming back. Like what are we going to do at lunch next year? While you are sitting in your castle of a cafeteria and we are in our lame cafeteria.
But you for sure need to stay in contact and Skype us all the time so I can take more of your schools virtual tours. Or have our interesting conversations with Alexander about chemistry. Well I guess it is time to say goodbye. And remember send me those Estonian chocolates and I’ll send you Reese’s cups. Oh and be safe and have fun but not too much fun. Don’t let those Estonian boys treat you like crap or this American kid will beat them up! I guess that’s it… don’t cry… I love you!

Goodbye!
LOVE,
Mason Robinson
